I have recently appeared in the Commercial Court in respect of a contract dispute regarding the purchase price to be paid under missives and the right of partial retention on the part of the buyer as part of a multi-million pound development. The case is mentioned as part of the discussion of the Persimmon Homes v Chartbrook decision in my articles and downloads section.
I have also acted in relation to an allegation of professional negligence on the part of an insurance broker which was raised as a commercial action. I should be happy to advise in relation to any initial enquiry in relation to a commercial dispute whether relating to issues of professional competence or otherwise.
