employment and discrimination

Regarding Employment Law, I also have considerable experience in representing clients, whether employers or employees, who require to appear before an Employment Tribunal.  I am the sole founder of and Secretary to the Faculty of Advocates Employment Law Group.

Again, Employment Law is an area which has become increasingly complex with the advent of much new legislation. For example, there are potential difficulties for both employers and employees in relation to dismissal procedures and a raft of discrimination protection in addition to the well established race and sex discrimination law.

I am in a position to clarify the latest legal developments and to represent and advise clients in relation to these.
